Community Services
Nobel Prize

Consumers suffering from mental health problems are increasingly interested in participating in and managing their own health. Internet technologies provide an ideal tool for facilitating such consumer empowerment.

The e-hub: e-mental Health Research & Development group, and the Depression & Anxiety Consumer Research Unit (CRU), are initiatives of the Centre for Mental Health Research. The research programs of these groups include the use of the Internet in early intervention and management of common mental health problems in the community.

The following community resources have been developed to help improve mental health outcomes through interventions using Internet technology.
